My first encounter with Ding Tianyi was in April 2018, through a student management system demonstration arranged by his telemarketer. Back then we were looking to refresh/ upgrade our existing Student Management System, used by our enrichment centres all over the region.
As Business Development Manager and co-founder of DL Ideas Pte Ltd, Tianyi presented the demo system and himself very well. He is able to highlight all essential functionalities concisely while addressing all our clarifications adequately. After the demo, we shortlisted Tianyi's company for further evaluation. A follow-up meeting was arranged with my Executive Directors for more detailed demonstration and requirements clarification.
Throughout the engagement process, we were very pleased with Tianyi's good communications and prompt follow-up. Tianyi has sharp business acumen in understanding our need well, he is also very professional and accommodative in handling various commercial negotiations/ conflicts. We eventually awarded the project to DL Ideas in 2018.
As at current writing, the project is already at final stage of going live.
